 Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Cultivate Opportunities: Conduct market research, networking, and lead generation to pinpoint new business prospects within the training industry.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies that propel revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their training needs and effectively presenting our tailored solutions.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Build pitches, conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to illustrate the value and benefits of our training services.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, training delivery, and customer support, to ensure seamless service implementation and delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, monitor progress, and regularly report on key performance indicators.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to identify potential opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with our own training providers, while keeping up-to-date with new learning opportunities.
  • Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our company's presence and cultivate a network of potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on selling training services and achieving sales targets.
  • Training Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the training industry, encompassing various training methodologies and approaches.
  • Business Acumen: The ability to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
